Hello to everyone from Mill House Bed & Breakfast.

Peter, Maria and the animals hope you’re all well!

Because of the changes caused by COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want to ensure the health and safety of all our guests moving forward, without compromising the standards we have set and the quality of your stay with us. Due to the new lockdown measures introduced 5th November, we are only open for essential workers and business purposes.

Mill House Bed & Breakfast are taking standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously, as well as additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests. Mill House are adhering to the latest guidance and hygiene protocols.

We will continue to monitor the coronavirus situation to ensure our guests safety. Booking your stay with us is safe, with a flexible cancellation policy. With that in mind, breakfast is currently not included, we hope to get back to normal as soon as possible.

Terms -

  1. Smoking is strictly not permitted anywhere in the house but is allowed in the gardens.
  2. Pets may accompany you free of charge but there is a refundable cleaning deposit of £30.00 per animal to cover any 'accidents'.
  3. Price includes tea and coffee facilities in the room.
  4. Check-in is normally 2pm-5pm. For special requirements, please arrange in advance. Check-out is no later than 12pm unless pre arranged.
  5. A 50% deposit is required at point of booking with balance due on or before day of departure. We reserve the right to charge your card for any cancellations, un-paid balances, breakages or damages during your stay.
  6. Free cancellation up to five days before occupancy.
  7. Payments are processed through Travel & Leisure Group and will appear as such on your statement.
