Terms -

  1. Smoking is strictly not permitted anywhere in the house but is allowed in the gardens.
  2. Pets may accompanying you free of charge but there is a refundable cleaning deposit of £30.00 per animal to cover any 'accidents'.
  3. Price includes tea and coffee facilities in the room and breakfast. Breakfast is provided each morning between 8am and 10am and consists of fresh fruits, cold meat platter, cheeses, breads, home made preserves, tea, coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice or local fresh thick apple juice, cereals, yogurt, variety of cooked eggs.
  4. Check-in is normally 4pm-6pm. For special requirements, please arrange in advance. Check-out is no later than 12pm unless pre arranged.
  5. A 50% deposit is required at point of booking with balance due on or before day of departure. Cancellation within 10 days of your check-in day will result in the full booking deposit being charged. Cancellation within 48 hours will result in the whole booking being charged. We reserve the right to charge your card for any cancellations, un-paid balances, breakages or damages during your stay. Mill House is part of the Travel & Leisure Group.
  6. Payments are processed through the Travel & Leisure Groups and will appear as such on your statement.
