Room rates are as follows -

Single from £37

Doubles from £60 (en-suite or private bathroom)
Single occupancy from £48

Family / Twin from £80 (1 single & 1 double)

Breakfast is provided each morning between 8am and 10am and consists of fruit's, cold meat platter, cheeses, breads, home made preserves, tea, coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice or local fresh thick apple juice, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, eggs

Smoking is strictly not premitted anywhere in the house but is allowed in the gardens.

Terms -

a) Pets may accompanying you free of charge but there is a refundable cleaning deposit of £30.00 per animal to cover any 'accidents'.
b) Price includes tea and coffee facilities in the room.
c) Check-in is normally 4pm-6pm. For special requirements, please arrange in advance. Check-out is no later than 12pm unless pre arranged.
d) A non-refundable deposit from £30.00 is required at point of booking with balance due on day of departure

Cancellation within 10 days of your check-in day will result in the full booking deposit being charged.

Cancellation within 48 hours will result in the whole booking being charged. We reserve the right to charge your card for any cancellations, un-paid balances, breakages or damages during your stay.

Mill House is part of the Travel & Leisure Group. Payments are processed through the Travel & Leisure Groups and will appear as such on your statement.
